everything was great, incredible location very close to main streets, the harbor and city center, and restaurants and the lake, amicable staff. a flat screen tv, a dining area, and a sitting area inside the apartment were handy.

We had an iron, a dining area, and a sitting area in the twin room. We had coffee, pancakes, and fruit for breakfast.

The staff was very amiable and accommodating all day long. the location was perfect and incredible as for me, just off the shopping areas as well as the centre of town. - It also was in a great location on the main street very close to the lake.

I stayed at Hostal Dulces Suenos for a week and loved it! Great value, amazing staff, and a delicious breakfast of pancakes and fruit. The hostel is centrally located near the lake and restaurants, making it convenient to explore. The dorm was surprisingly comfortable, and I enjoyed mingling with fellow backpackers. The laundry service was affordable and top-notch. I wish the hostel and its staff a bright and beautiful future. Peace out!

had an amazing stay in Panajachel, exceeded expectations at this hostel. Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Comfy beds and strong wifi made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Missing towels in the bathrooms.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the ferries and restaurants. The free WiFi in the hotel was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The small breakfast of pancakes and fruit included with the room was a nice way to start my day.

The lack of hot water for showering was inconvenient and made my stay uncomfortable. The inconsistent rates charged by the staff for additional nights and the extra charge for paying with a credit card left a negative impression.

The beds were comfortable and the bedding was basic but sufficient. Although there was street noise, it didn't bother me too much. The hostel provided a stove for cooking, a nice touch. the hostel was conveniently close to restaurants and the lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast of pancakes and fruit was delicious. I had a great experience and would recommend this hostel for budget travelers.

Great value, great staff, great breakfast. The coffee could be a bit stronger, but free coffee is like that at hostels everywhere. I ended up extending my stay for a week or so and was happy to see a lot of small, positive changes, made my stay even better. It's the best deal on laundry anywhere on the lake that I am aware of. I liked the dorm better than the private room, even though I am an old lady. It's nice to be around young backpackers who are just starting their own excellent adventures. I wish them, the staff, and Panajachel a beautiful, bright future. ✌️? ?

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a budget traveler like myself. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the lake. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

I wish there was a wider selection of breakfast options available.
